If your organisation has reports enabled in your licence options, navigate to the reports area using the left hand navigation bar. Use the drop down select menu to choose the Dataset, Report Type, Sensor and Datas you would like a report for.

You Drop downs above the map are used to filter on site locations, set a date range to exclude sites without data in the range, and use site groupings to pre select specific areas for.

If you have mapping enabled in reports you can use the map to select help find the site data you want as well and this will auto populate the drop downs where possible. This feature should be live by 30 April 2020. Also coming soon is calendar shading to show the dates where data exists for certain sites.

Step 2
Hit generate report - then click on it to autoselect that from the drop down list above. Different data groups are colour coordinated by type to support searching. It is also possible to use the text search bar on the map to help select the correct data type. The map search bar works with lat/ long, eastings/ northings and place names.

Select the dataset, site location, and report type, then select the required data range noting the date range extent from the ‘Data available’ range.

Hit generate report and your report will be created and sent to your email address.
