This guide is for Administrators who wish to share reporting functionality with non-admin users.
Setting up users
Non-admin users can generate reports only when they are assigned to the dataset which they are trying to generate a report about. If you are providing such functionality then it is necessary to go into each dataset and share the dataset with the user (or a group that a user is assigned to - more info on creating groups can be found here Creating Groups). This is done by using the “shared with” function as part of the workflow section.

Here you can either share individually with a user by typing their uSmart user email address or with the group.
